The short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and the only personal information it holds is an email address you typed in yourself.
Your email address, and only if you enter it in one of the sign-up boxes. It is used to send you the free read. Nothing else, and it is never sold, rented, or handed to anyone for their own purposes.
Ordinary web traffic data. Like every website, this one is served through infrastructure that records requests — IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp. That is Cloudflare, which hosts the site, and it includes Cloudflare’s own analytics. Cloudflare’s analytics sets no cookies and does not follow you across other websites.
No cookies are set by this site. No advertising or social-media trackers. No Google Analytics. No account, no password, no payment details — there is nothing here to buy. Nothing is kept in your browser between visits.
Two companies, both because the site cannot run without them:
Both are US companies with their own privacy policies. Neither is given your address for any purpose beyond running this publication.
Your email address stays on the list until you take it off. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, it works immediately, and nobody will write to ask why.
Wherever you live, you can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and it will be done. If you are in the UK, the EU, or a US state with its own privacy law, those rights are yours by statute; they are honoured here regardless of where you are. This site is not directed at children, and no information is knowingly collected from anyone under 16.
If this policy changes in any way that matters, the change will be noted here with a date rather than made quietly.
